Lok Sabha Election Result 2024: At least four BJP leaders secured the highest victory margins in the Lok Sabha polls. Shankar Lalwani, the MP from Indore, won by a staggering margin of over 11.72 lakh votes. Following closely behind are Home Minister Amit Shah, former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and BJP Gujarat leader CR Patil, each leading with over seven lakh votes from their respective constituencies. CR Patil, a three-term MP from Gujarat's Navsari, surpassed his previous record to achieve the second-highest victory margin, leading by 7.67 lakh votes. 

List of leaders who clinched historic victory margins in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. 

  • Shankar Lalwani: Representing the BJP and hailing from Madhya Pradesh's Indore Lok Sabha constituency, secured his position with an astounding victory margin of 11.72 lakh votes, as confirmed by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
  • Rakibul Hussain: A Congress candidate from Assam's Dhubri constituency, triumphed with a substantial margin of 10.12 lakh votes, according to the ECI.
  • Shivraj Singh Chouhan: Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, contested from Vidisha and clinched victory with an impressive lead of 8.21 lakh votes over his closest competitor.
  • CR Paatil:  BJP's Gujarat state unit president, solidified his position with a significant victory margin of 7.73 lakh votes from Navasari constituency, marking his fourth consecutive term as MP.
  • Amit Shah: The Union Home Minister and incumbent MP from Gujarat's Gandhinagar, secured a decisive win with a substantial margin of 7.44 lakh votes, marking his second consecutive victory from the seat.

Candidates Who Secured Victories With Margins Exceeding 5 Lakh Votes:

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia emerged victorious from Madhya Pradesh's Guna constituency with a commanding lead of over 5.40 lakh votes.

Rajpalsingh Jadav from Gujarat's Panchmahal constituency and Hemang Joshi from Vadodara constituency secured significant margins of 5.09 lakh and 5.82 lakh votes, respectively, as BJP candidates.

Alok Sharma from Bhopal constituency and Sudheer Gupta from Mandsour constituency in Madhya Pradesh achieved remarkable victories with margins exceeding 5 lakh votes.

Mahesh Sharma, representing the BJP, won from Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddha Nagar by an impressive margin of 5.59 lakh votes.

Brijmohan Agarwal, BJP's candidate from Raipur constituency in Chhattisgarh, secured a notable victory with a margin of 5.75 lakh votes.
