Rajasthan Exit Polls 2023: BJP, riding high on the anti-incumbency wave, is likely to form the government in Rajasthan as per the Matrize exit poll prediction. The saffron party is expected to bag anywhere between 115 to 130 seats while the Congress is expected to get around 65-75 seats. At least 100 seats are required to form the government in Rajasthan. The results will be declared on December 3.

Going by the trend in Rajasthan, a new government is voted to power after every five years. As compared to the last assembly elections, BJP is expected to gain in at least 41 seats while Congress is losing out in 31 seats. BJP's vote percentage has shot up to 43.7% from 39.4% while the Congress' vote percentage has declined from 40.6% to 38.6%

Congress' poll campaign was centered around seven promises while the BJP attacked the Grand Old Party over corruption, Red Diary, crime against women and paper leaks.

Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha has 200 seats. However, elections to 199 constituencies were held in a single phase on November 25. The Election Commission postponed the elections in the Karanpur constituency due to the death of Congress candidate Gurmeet Singh Koonar.
