New Delhi: Several videos emerged on social media showing the dissatisfaction of BJP leaders who were not given ticket to contest the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections. In one video, Karan Dev Kamboj, a leader of the Haryana OBC Morcha and former minister, was seen refusing to shake hands with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini during a party meeting.

The video clip showed Kamboj walking past a line of party members, greeting them with folded hands. However, when he reached Chief Minister Saini, who extended his hand for a handshake, Kamboj looked straight ahead, retracted his hands, and continued walking.

Despite Saini’s attempt to hold his hand, Kamboj remained unresponsive and took his seat next to the Chief Minister without acknowledging him.

Kamboj also resigned as the state BJP ’s OBC Morcha chief, venting out his anger, "Perhaps the BJP does not need loyalists anymore." He had also lambasted the party for favouring new entrants with tickets while overlooking long-serving members.

In another video, BJP MLA Shashi Ranjan Parmar is seen in tears after learning that his name was excluded from the candidate list. Parmar, who was vying for a BJP ticket from Bhiwani and Tosham, broke down during an interview.

"I had thought that my name would be on the list," he said through tears, visibly distressed. Despite the interviewer’s efforts to console him by assuring that the party and his constituency would recognize his contributions, Parmar continued to weep.

"I had assured people that my name was being considered. What do I do now? I am helpless," he lamented.
