Adah Sharma recently took to Instagram and donning a traditional attire hit out a rather rib-tickling post asking for a groom. However, unlike normal women, she isn't looking for a tall, dark and handsome man, she wants a man who is 'willing to cook three times a day with a smiling face and shaves regularly'. "He will be provided with 5 litres of water to drink per day but alcohol and animal consumption is prohibited inside and outside household premises", she wrote.

Adah Sharma made her acting debut with Vikram Bhatt's 2008 horror film '1920' starring 'Wajah Tum Ho' actor Rajneesh Duggal. In her debut movie, she garnered a lot of appreciation from both the audience and critics for her performance. After three year sabbatical, she reunited with Vikram Bhatt and Rajneesh Duggal for the 2011 film 'Phhir', however, the film tanked at the box office.

Meanwhile, back in 2014, she bagged a prominent role in one of the hit films of that year, 'Hasee Toh Phasee', which starred Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra in the lead role. Adah played the role of Sidharth's fiance in the film. In the same year, the actress made her Television debut with Vipul Amrutlal Shah's thriller series 'Pukaar' which starred Rannvijay Singh, Raj Babbar, Vipin Sharma in the lead role. 

For the uninitiated, Adah has also acted in several Telugu films namely, 'S/O Satyamurthy', 'Subramanyam for Sale' and 'Garam'. The trained contemporary dancer will next be seen in a Tamil movie titled 'Charlie Chaplin' starring Prabhudeva in the lead.
