Aditya Roy Kapur has a question for Parineeti Chopra & Arjun Kapoor after they called him a ‘liar’ over his claimed singlehood

Did Aditya Roy Kapur mean it when he recently termed himself as ‘single’? Or was it a ‘lie’ as some of his friends from the industry like Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra accused him of saying. The ‘Kalank’ actor now says that even he was surprised by their reactions and even wants to call them up and ask whey they said so, while asserting that he is indeed single.

At the end of last month, Aditya had shared a snap of himself wearing a T-shirt with ‘SINGLE’ written over it and captioned it, “thesinglelife.’ 

While the actor’s ‘Daawat-e-Ishq' co-star Parineeti called it ‘a lie’, Arjun used the popular catchphrase used in movies, ‘Chal Jhoota’. 

When asked about the stars’ reactions, Aditya in a recent interview said that he wants to call the duo up  and ask them why they posted those comments. The ‘Aashiqui 2’ star reiterated that he is indeed single and that the Instagram post was ‘self-explanatory’. 

Earlier, there were reports of Aditya and his ‘Kalank’ co-star Sonakshi Sinha being a couple, but there has been no update on it for a while.

A few weeks ago, his name was linked to model Diva Dhawan, but the actor dismissed it during his appearance on ‘Koffee with Karan.’

On the professional front, Aditya’s ‘Kalank’ hit the theatres on Wednesday.
