Ajay Devgn, Jyothika shoot for Vash remake in London | Watch

In May, portals reported that Ajay Devgn and leading South star Jyothika are teaming up for the remake of Vash. Recently, a footage got leaked on social media showing the two actors filming for a sequence. Whether it is for Vash remake is not clear yet.

• This is the first time Ajay Devgn and Jyothika are sharing screen space.
• Jyothika had made her Bollywood debut with Doli Saja ke Rakhna in 1998.

Jyotika, Ajay Devgn shooting for Vash remake in London?

In the leaked footage, Ajay Devgn and Jyothika are seen walking on the streets of London, and the scene involves a heated discussion among the two. Lasting a mere 12 second, the clip doesn't feature any other actor from the upcoming film, like R Madhavan.

The Ajay Devgn-Jyotika starrer has tentatively been titled Black Magic. Vash, on the other hand, is a Gujarati film premiered on February 10, 2023. Upon its release, the supernatural horror thriller was critically praised. As per IMDb, Vash was about, a man named Atharva, who takes his family for a vacation to a village and gets gets "trapped in black magic by a stranger named Pratap."

From the leaked footage, it can be concluded that Devgn is Atharva and Jyothika plays his wife. Meanwhile, Madhavan is most porbably portraying the character of Pratap. 

Upcoming projects of Ajay Devgn, Jyothika, and Madhavan

Besides Black Magic, Jyothika will also soon be seen in another Hindi film titled Sri, directed by Tushar Hiranandani where she co-stars with Rajkummar Rao. Jyothika’s last film release was the 2021 Tamil film Udanpirappe, for which she received a Filmfare nomination for Best Actress.

Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn has a major release coming up later this year with Maidaan. Maidaan is produced by Boney Kapoor and directed by Badhaai Ho fame Amit Ravindernath Sharma. R. Madhavan, on the other hand, too has several projects in the pipeline.

One of them is a web series titled The Railway Men, direced by Shiv Rawail. Besides that, Madhavan will also be seen in the Tamil film Test, where he co-stars with Siddharth and Nayanthara.
