Akshay Kumar is also known as Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood because of his action-packed roles in many of his movies. He has been a part of Bollywood for over two decades and in recent years, delivered back-to-back superhits. But more importantly, Akshay is immensely popular for breathtaking stunts that he performs by himself. There are numerous stunts that Akshay pulled off without the help of a body double.

Here are some daredevil stunts that Akshay Kumar has performed all by himself

#1. Sooryavanshi

Most recently, the actor posted a video on social media. In the video, the actor is seen hanging by a helicopter while the film's director Rohit Shetty is seen riding a motorcycle next to the helicopter. The video is a glimpse from Akshay Kumar's upcoming movie Sooryavanshi, which is Shetty's extension of his cop movies like Singham and Simmba.

#2. Khiladi 420

In this movie, Akshay jumped off a plane onto a parachute which was thousand feet up in the air. He revealed that he had to catch the running plane and climb onto it. He quipped that he felt silly standing on top of a plane in which people were sitting inside. He added that he completed it all in one shot.

#3. 8x10 Tasveer 

Akshay Kumar has a knack for jumping from heights. In this movie, the Khiladi jumped off a 160-foot cliff into the sea!

#4. Singh Is Kinng

This movie saw one of Akshay's most hyped and popular stunts of his career. He was seen jumping from one elevator to another elevator of a shopping mall. Reportedly, the elevators were at a height of 110 feet. The most shocking part about this stunt is that there was no harness net.

Akshay will be next seen in his upcoming movie Housefull 4, which is all set to release across the nation on October 26. The fans of the Khiladi cannot wait to see the stunts that the actor will perform in the film as well as in Sooryavanshi, which is expected to release in the summer of 2020.
