Bollywood powerhouse Akshay Kumar who has emerged as one of the most bankable actors in the industry with back to back hit ventures recently took an out of the box plunge. He is now all set to treat his fans with his first music video 'Filhaal' where he will be sharing screen space with his 'Housefull 4' co-star Kriti Sanon's sister Nupur Sanon. Akshay Kumar on Sunday, September 22, shot for the music video at the St Xavier's college. He was spotted with Nupur on the location where they posed for the shutterbugs.

Behind the scenes

Indian film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on his Twitter handle. Along with the announcement, Taran also shared a number of pictures from the sets revealing that 'Filhaal' is directed by Arvinder Khaira and voiced by Punjabi musician B Praak. He further said that Punjabi actor Ammy Virk is also a part of the project. As per media reports, the upcoming track 'Filhaal' is a romantic number featuring Akshay Kumar and Nupur Sanon.

Nupur Sanon on collaborating with Akshay Kumar

Meanwhile, actress Kriti Sanon's sister Nupur Sanon who is yet to make her Bollywood debut penned a heartwarming post for Akshay Kumar as they shot for the music video. Sharing a couple of pictures with Akshay from the sets, she wrote, "From being his fan to being blessed to be his co-star...what a magical feeling! Akshay Kumar and B Praak's collaborations

B Praak had previously collaborated with Akshay for his historical drama 'Kesari', which released earlier this year. The musician sang the popular track 'Teri Mitti', which received an overwhelming response. The song was a heartfelt tribute to the soldiers of the country, with poignant lyrics that evoked feelings of patriotism. Later, the musician also collaborated with actors Vicky Kaushal and Nora Fatehi for a single titled 'Pachtaoge', which became a chartbuster.

On the professional front, Akshay Kumar, who is basking in the success of his last outing 'Mission Mangal', has a number of films in the pipeline for release. He will be starring in the upcoming venture, 'Housefull 4', 'Good News',  'Laxmi Bomb' and Rohit Shetty's 'Sooriyavanshi'. Moreover, on the occasion of his birthday, on September 9, Akshay Kumar has confirmed that he will be donning the warrior hat for his next historical drama titled 'Prithviraj'. The historical drama reportedly chronicles the First Battle Of Tarain led by emperor Prithiviraj Chauhan who is considered one of the bravest rulers of the Chahamana dynasty.
