Alia Bhatt is a proud sister as she celebrates Shaheen’s new book

Alia Bhatt recently shared the paperback version of her sister's book, I've Never Been (Un) Happier which shows her struggle with depression and anxiety.

Alia Bhatt is not only one of the most celebrated actors of the industry but she also shares a close-knitted relationship with her family. The Raazi actor is especially close to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. Shaheen is known to be vocal about her struggle with depression in the past. She had unveiled her book, I've Never Been (Un) Happier last year which depicts her battle with anxiety and depression. Alia has always supportive of her sister's achievements and it was no surprise that the actor took to her social media to share a glimpse of the paperback version of the book.

Alia Bhatt appreciated her sister's foundation Here Comes The Sun for the victims of depression

Alia also shared a heartfelt caption while sharing the picture of the book. She wrote that every person who has suffered from depression and also those who have no idea what depression is should check out this book. Shaheen had launched the book on the occasion of World Mental Day. The book also has a foreword by their father Mahesh Bhatt. Shaheen has also started the Here Comes The Sun foundation for all those who are undergoing depression but are afraid to talk about it. Alia had also appreciated this gesture of her sister. Alia called the gesture a symbol of strength and empathy.

Alia Bhatt has recently finished shooting for her upcoming film Sadak 2 where she will be seen opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. The shooting of the second schedule of the film took place in Ooty. The actor was reportedly spotted at the city as she was back on the bay from her shoot. Alia recently sizzled on the cover page of a magazine where she posed for some dreamy underwater pictures which made way for a stunning sight. The actor also revealed in an interview that checking the box office numbers and the review of her movies is her least favourite part of the showbiz. The Dear Zindagi actor also revealed that she is still disappointed by her failures and was upset when her films Shandaar and Kalank tanked at the box office.
