Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas said ‘I do’ and become one with their marriage in Jodhpur on Saturday, 1 December. The couple tied the knot according to Christian rituals at the Umaid Bhawan palace in the Rajasthan city. The pair confirmed the news by sharing pictures from the Mehendi ceremony that took place on November 30.

The pictures of the couple sharing a laugh after applying Mehendi to their palms, other actresses like Parineeti Chopra and ‘Games of Thrones’ star Sophie Turner enjoying with the ‘Desi Girl’, the bride twirling around in her traditional avatar were too delightful. 

Peecee in her post called it ‘special’ the merging of the families who love and respect each other’s faiths and cultures. And she added that planning the wedding according to this amalgamation was ‘amazing’. The actress wrote how the Mehendi plays a major role in an Indian girl’s wedding. She spoke about the couple making it their own, kicking off the celebrations in the way they both dreamed.
