Actor Alia Bhatt will soon be seen in the film Brahmastra opposite rumoured boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. She is also currently shooting for the film, Sadak 2 which will be directed by her father Mahesh Bhatt. The actor has also been roped in to play a pivotal part in the film RRR. The film will be directed by SS Rajamouli. It will also star South actors Ramcharan Teja and NTR Jr. Ajay Devgn will also be seen in the film.
The film has been in the buzz right since its inception. The film was earlier supposed to be released in the year 2020. But according to media reports, the film has been postponed and will now release in the year 2021. A source told a leading portal that the main reason behind this is that the dates of the lead actors are not being coordinated properly by the makers. The two lead actors of the film, NTR Jr and Ramcharan Teja are also busy with their other commitments. On the other hand, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn are also busy shooting for their other projects.
Reportedly, the director SS Rajamouli is finding it difficult to manage the dates of his lead actors. According to media reports, the filmmaker has also planned some high octane action sequences for the film. These action sequences will reportedly be extremely high-tech. The scenes will include Jr NTR, Ramcharan Teja and Ajay Devgn. Reportedly, SS Rajamouli is trying to make the action sequences, even more, larger than life than his film Baahubali.
Alia Bhatt was last seen in the film Kalank. The film also starred Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in pivotal roles. The movie was helmed by Abhishek Varman. Even though the performance of the lead actors was appreciated in the film, it tanked at the box-office.
