All you need to know about Vishagan Vanangamudi who is all set to marry Soundarya Rajinikanth

Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth is all set to tie the knot, with businessman and actor Vishagan Vanangamudi, reports say. The nuptials are set to take place on February 11 at a hotel in Chennai. Reportedly, the preparations for the big day are already going on at a brisk pace. As per media reports, the wedding will be a traditional affair with a Sangeet and Mehendi ceremony and a plethora of functions will be held at the superstar's household ahead of the same. Rajinikanth's elder daughter Aishwarya has reportedly taken charge of the planning. 

Fans seem to be very curious about Rajinikanth's would-be son-in-law. Vishagan Vanangamudi holds a degree from Christ College Bengaluru and his family runs a company in the pharmaceuticals space. Recently, the businessman-actor made appeared in Tamil movie 'Vanjagar Ulagam' which released on September 7, 2018. He has worked with Hareesh Peradi, Anisha Ambrose, Chandni Tamilarasa and Vasu Vikram for the project.

Vishagan hails from Chennai and studied at St Michael's Academy - a prominent city school located in Adyar - passing his 12th board exams in the year 2005. While in school he was also a house captain and a goalkeeper for his house football team, and actively participated in extracurriculars, as per accounts of his school-mates. According to his social media, Vishagan went on to study abroad after completing his graduation from Christ College. Prominent institutes like the University of Bradford, the New York Film Academy and UCLA are listed. He is also a fitness buff.

Aside from acting, Vishagan appears to be heavily involved in his family's business and recently even collected an award at a CII event. He has been married before, as has Soundarya Rajinikanth. The couple is said to have got engaged last year. Soundarya is a designer and has worked in numerous film projects, including with her superstar father as well as Deepika Padukone.
