Ananya Panday made her big-screen debut with the Dharma Productions film, Student Of The Year 2,  in May 2019. Directed by Punit Malhotra, the film also marked the debut of Tara Sutaria and featured Tiger Shroff in the lead role. Her debut film won Ananya a lot of appreciation from industry members and fans. After her successful launch, Ananya was flooded with many film offers. 

Her next release is Pati Patni Aur Woh

Ananya Panday will be seen next in the film, Pati Patni Aur Woh. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film is a remake of the 1978 film of the same name, which starred Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha and Ranjeeta. The remake stars Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar, along with Ananya. The film will release on December 6. After Pati Patni Aur Woh, she will be seen sharing screen space with Ishan Khattar in the film, Khaali Peeli.
