Ananya Panday shares crossover picture: 'Gadar 2 meets Barbie meets Dream Girl 2'

Dream Girl 2 actress Ananya Panday shared a throwback picture of her father Chunky Panday with Sunny Deol which created a hilarious crossover between Gadar 2, Barbie, and her latest venture Dream Girl 2. The photos shared by Ananya were from the 1993 film titled Lootere.

Ananya shares picture from father's film

Ananya Panday took to her Instagram handle to share a captivating photo featuring her father alongside Sunny Deol. The photo unveiled a connection between Gadar 2 and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Dream Girl 2. Sharing the photo, Ananya wrote in her caption, "Gadar 2 meets Barbie meets DreamGirl 2, can’t get over this, thank you."

The picture from the 1993 film Lootere showcased Sunny Deol as a Sikh and Chunky Panday in a woman's attire. The snapshot captured a moment from the song titled Oye Pappe Bachalo from the movie. Ananya could not resist referring to her father as the Barbie from the 90s who meets Gadar 2's Tara Singh.

Ayushmann Khurrana on Dream Girl 2

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana says he is happy that his latest release Dream Girl 2 has got off to a great start at the domestic box office after the film collected Rs 10.69 crore net on the first day of its release. "It feels amazing to deliver my career’s best opening with Dream Girl 2. Dream Girl is a franchise that has given me a lot of love and I’m really happy with the start that ‘Dream Girl 2’ has got at the box office," Khurrana said in a statement.
