Ananya Panday teased about Kartik Aaryan in front of Chunky Panday

All of 21, Ananya Panday is already experiencing everything that an actor of the film industry goes through. Right from attaining a fan following and paparazzi attention, to buzz surrounding the movies she is signing, the youngster is going through all of it in only the first year of her career. Another aspect that comes with this popularity is attention to one’s personal life. Ananya has been making headlines for her bonding with her Pati Patni Aur Woh co-star Kartik Aaryan on the sets and on rumoured ‘dates’ that led to link-up reports between them. Thus, this aspect becomes a part of the conversation on chat shows and other media events. However, for the first time, a chat show host pulled Ananya’s leg with regards to Kartik Aaryan in front of her father Chunky Panday. Panday Sr too joined in the fun by wondering what the situation of her boyfriend or husband would be in the future.

As Ananya Panday achieved instant stardom after her debut with Student of the Year 2, she has also become a hot favourite for chat shows. After Koffee with Karan, which she featured in alongside her SOTY 2 stars Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff, she was called for Maniesh Paul’s new chat show. The interesting bit was that her father Chunky Panday too was a part of the show. 

With the Kartik-Ananya rumours going on, Maniesh Paul took the names of Kartik’s movie, and asked, “You have watched Student of the Year 2 100 times, how many times did you watch Luka Chuppi. Then he asks, “How many times did you watch Karthik Calling Karthik?” While one of the other actors say that Maniesh was out to do his Pyaar Ka Punchnama, another movie of Kartik, Chunky Panday is seen saying, “Oh’ and laughing out loudly. He then jokes, “When she has boyfriends or a husband, I can only imagine how bad their situation would be.” Ananya, however, hits back, “I have no one whom I want to date right now.”

Ananya’s second Pati Patni Aur Woh is hitting the theatres on December 6. Meanwhile, Chunky Panday starred in Housefull 4 a few days ago. The movie was a success at the box office.
