The couple was the first Bollywood couple who got married at this beautiful destination. These trendsetters got married on April 21, 2014. They held a private ceremony with family members and close friends at Lake Como, Italy. Rani and Aditya kept it strictly secret and away from the media glare.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married in December 2017. The couple also decided to keep the wedding a low-key affair and took a decision to get married at Lake Como, Italy. There were only forty-two people who attended their wedding. In an interview, Anushka Sharma spoke about her wedding as a private ceremony. She said that they wanted it to be a home-style wedding, rather than a big affair.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone

Following the steps of Virat and Anushka, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone also chose Lake Como as their wedding destination. Unlike Virushka, Ranveer- Deepika’s wedding was a grand affair with a two-day celebration in December 2018. The first day was all about Konkani style wedding while the second day was the day for Sindhi wedding rituals. The two were strict about their wedding pictures not to be circulated across the internet and so asked the guests not to share them on social media. Deepika revealed that Lake Como was a perfect destination as their privacy was maintained and also they liked the place when they visited there.

Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani’s engagement ceremony

Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal had a fairytale engagement at Lake Como, Italy. The ceremonies were held from September 21 to September 23, 2018. There were their friends and family members to witness this beautiful engagement. The night saw a live performance by musician John Legend at Lake Como which was accompanied by the display of fireworks.
