As the actor visited Republic TV office for the promotions of his upcoming movie ‘Why Cheat India’, we welcomed him with numerous questions during the interaction.

Apart from the talk about the social issue-based movie, there was also a fun-filled segment with Emraan and his co-star Shreya Dhanwantary as they answered questions in rapid-fire.

When we asked the ‘Jannat’ star about his‘go-to man’, the person when he goes to when he is sad or happy, he replied, “Go-to man? My son.”

The bond between Emraan and Ayaan, as you’d expect from every other father-son, is super strong and a latest news about them is a testimony to this fact.

The ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai’ star seemed the happiest man in the world to announce that his son has been declared cancer-free after diagnosis five years ago. Emraan had called it ‘quite a journey’ and thanked his well-wishers for their prayers and wishes. Conveying his ‘love and prayers’ to ‘cancer fighters’, he wrote that they can ‘win this battle’ as ‘hope and belief go a long way.’

Even Shreya’s answer about her ‘‘go-to man’ was about this bond, as she stated that her father was the most important man in her life.

'Why Cheat India', directed by Soumik Sen and produced by Emraan, Atul Kasbekar, Tanuj Garg, Bhushan Kumar, among others, hits the theatres on January 18.
