Chhichhore: The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer mints over Rs.100 crore

Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor's 'Chhichhore' continues to rule the box office. Now, the film has attained yet another remarkable feat by crossing the Rs. 100 crore mark. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter on Wednesday, September 18 and revealed that the film has minted Rs. 102.19 crores in the second week of its release. Adarsh further predicted that 'Chhichhore' will keep up the steady pace till any other big film releases.

Sushant Singh Rajput 's 'Chhichhore' earned Rs 5.34 crore on its second Friday and saw a major jump on second Sunday, earning Rs. 10.47 crore. The film collected Rs 4.02 crore and Rs 4.11 crore on Monday and Tuesday, respectively, to hit the 100 crore mark.

Friday- Rs. 5.34 crores

Saturday- Rs. 9.42 crores

Sunday- Rs.10.47 crores

Chhichhore

Bollywood actors Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor teamed up with an ensemble cast of Varun Sharma, Prateik Babbar, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Naveen Polishetty, Tushar Pandey and Nalneesh Neel for their to narrate 'a timeless tale of time pass' in 'Chhichhore'. It is full of nostalgia and plays on the themes of friendship and college life.

The film revolves around Anni (played by Sushant) and his college buddies. It showcases how their lives undergo major changes after they all graduate. One part of the film shows the friends in their college and how they strive to win a competition and the second part features them all grown up. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and had hit the big screens on September 6.
