Adah Sharma is returning for her role as Bhavna Reddy in Commando 3. The first two instalments were a rage in Bollywood. In an interview with a publication house, she revealed how she prepared for the role. For this action-packed role, she went through vigorous training and followed a strict diet.

Adah Sharma’s diet plan

The 1920 actress says she is a vegetarian. Her diet is almost vegan due to the lack of options she consumes curd. Milk and all is not an option for her. There is an option for everything that is vegan and it tastes good. She does not eat animals and says, it is pretty healthy like that. Her junk food consists of pizzas and pani puri, which she eats sometimes, and that’s all junk food she eats.

Adah Sharma's fitness regime

The Hasee to Phasee actress is one of fittest in Bollywood. She takes part in Mallakhamb and sharpshooting training and follows a regular routine where she performs handstands, Silambam sticks, and Surya Namaskar. She feels that it is because of this regime, she is happy and stress-free. 

Her role in Commando 3

She played corrupt police from Vijayawada, in the previous instalment of the same film. She will be seen playing the same role from the last movie but will be more serious this time around. Adah said that the movie will justify why she will be able to do more action. Adah said that people will like to see women in an action role, fighting the bad guys. She looked at what Commando 3 has to offer. The actress is excited about the release of the film and anticipates that the public will like her in Commando 3. The movie is scheduled to release on November 29, 2019.
