Dabangg 3: New poster unveils Kiccha Sudeep's look as Balli

This morning, Salman Khan shared more details of his upcoming cop-drama film Dabangg 3. Kiccha Sudeep, who is a celebrated Kannada superstar, will play as the antagonist of Dabangg 3. Taking up the challenge Pandeyji, aka Salman Khan shared the first look poster of Balli played by Sudeep Kiccha on his social media handles. Ever since the announcement of the film, the team of Dabangg 3 has started the promotions of the movie in the most unique way possible. Salman Khan changed his name to Chulbul Pandey on his social media handles.

Who is Kiccha Sudeep?

Kiccha Sudeep is a popular actor-director in the South film industry. He was also featured in the popular south film Eega, whose Hindi dubbed title is Makkhi. He has also given some critically acclaimed performances of his career in the role of a police officer before Dabangg 3. Sudeep has worked in Phoonk Series, Run and Rakta Charitra 2. The collaboration of the most loved cop of South India with the Sultan of Bollywood seems promising to serve something new on the table.

The shooting of the film has been wrapped up and is now in the post-production stage. The film has been shot in two different time zones. It will be interesting to watch how the makers link Sudeep's character Balli with the past antagonists of the Dabangg films. Dance-director Prabhu Deva directs the film under the banner of banners of Salman Khan Films and Arbaaz Khan Productions. The film also features Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan, and Mahie Gill in pivotal roles among others. The film is slated to release on December 20, 2019.
