After collecting Rs 27.75 crore in the opening weekend, which was termed ‘good’ by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie has passed the crucial Monday test, collecting Rs 4.25 crore. Adarsh called the collections ‘rock-steady’. The total collections now stand at Rs 32 crore.

The makers would be hopeful of the collections hitting the Rs 50-crore mark, which would probably ensure good profits for the makers with revenue from satellite, music and digital rights also coming into the picture.

It has to be noted that the movie has not released in Uttarakhand, owing to a ban enforced by seven district magistrates in the wake of protests by Hindu outfits over the movie 'hurting religious sentiments', else the collections could've been higher.
