Priyanka Chopra made a come back in Bollywood after 3 long years with her movie, The Sky is Pink. Priyanka is paired with Farhan Akhtar and has essayed the role of a mother of two children in this movie. The movie is based on the true story of a girl named Aisha Chaudhary who dies at the age of 18 due to pulmonary fibrosis. Aisha Chaudhary’s role is played by Zaira Wasim and the role of her parents, Aditi and Niren are essayed by Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in the movie. In the movie, the two parents are trying hard to give their daughter a happy life. Aisha writes a book on her journey and even turns into a motivational speaker who goes on to talk about the happy life that her parents gave her.

This movie has various songs but the one which is gaining immense popularity is Pink Gulabi Sky, a feel-good song from the film. This track is one of Priyanka’s favourite tracks too, as per her recent tweet. The song is two minutes long and features Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf dancing in white tuxedos. Other scenes from the video include the family enjoying yacht rides and Zaira playing with puppies. The only message the video sends across is how the parents tried their best to be positive about their daughter’s illness and create moments of happiness for her.

The song ‘Dil hi toh hai’, is a collaboration of singers like Arijit Singh, Pritam and Gulzar. It is a treat to the ears as well as the eyes. The video shows Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar madly in love, dancing on rooftops and sharing love-filled gazes at each other. Priyanka Chopra is one of the co-producers of the film and shared gratitude to the entire team by tweeting on her social media account. She even thanked her co-producers Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur for their contribution. The film released in theatres worldwide on October 11.
