In this hilarious section, Akshay Kumar and Kareena meet the doctor for pregnancy-related problems. When the doctor asks Akshay's character about the intimacy between the couple, a confused Akshay answers it by sharing personal relationship issues which makes Kareena angry.

The sperm argument scene

The argument between couples takes comedy to another level. The fight for "spam" (sperm) has been making fans go crazy with laughter. Angry Akshay's dialogues and cool Dilji's calmed response is what makes this scene one of the best scenes of the trailer.

The fart scene

This section of the trailer is hilarious, which made all the netizens burst out in laughter. Due to pregnancy, Kiara Advani's character is shown developing stomach-related problems, and she farts in front of everyone. Akshay Kumar being the notorious one in the cast cracks a fantastic joke that the fans are unable to stop laughing over.

The delivery

The seriousness of the pregnancy is turned into comedy so smartly in this scene. Supporting husband Akshay and wife Kareena's funny reaction after the delivered baby's face looks like Diljit is making the audience roll on the floor laughing.
