IN PICS | Rumoured couple Arjun Kapoor-Malaika Arora welcome 2019 in style with Karan Johar, Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor

B-Town celebrities had their near and dear ones around as they celebrated the arrival of the new year. Rumoured couple Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora were also seen together on the occasion.

The duo came together for the former’s uncle, actor-producer Sanjay Kapoor’s bash at his residence in Mumbai late on Monday. The much-in-news pair arrived in the same car along with ‘Ittefaq’ producer Juno Chopra.  Later, pictures of them walking hand-in-hand at the venue also surfaced.

 Karan Johar, someone close to both Arjun and Malaika, also joined in the celebration and the trio posed with the hosts for the evening, Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor. Sanjay captioned the post, 'Family' and that leaves little doubt on how important Malaika has become in Arjun's life.  

Rohit Dhawan along with wife Jaanvi, Chunky Panday, Samir Soni and Neelam Kothari Soni and Punit Malhotra were some of the others who were seen at the celebrations.

Arjun took to Instagram on the last day of the year, to post he was ‘looking straight at 2019’. The actor thanked 2018 for the highs and lows, for teaching him so much and expressed gratitude to his family, friends, media and fans for the journey of last year. He promised his fans that he’d be more active and interactive with them and asked them to enjoy the holidays, be safe and happy.

Malaika also sent her followers a happy and safe New Year wishes. She called 2018 ‘amazing’ to bid adieu to the past year.
