Inside Amitabh Bachchan & Anil Kapoor's Diwali Bash, see pics

Very rarely do we see many celebrities under one roof, but it happens every year, courtesy Diwali. The biggest festival of the country has always been celebrated with grandeur by the Bollywood stars as well. While the Diwali parties kick off much before the festivities start, like the ‘best for the last’, the main day was reserved for the biggest names to turn hosts. All eyes were on the parties hosted by Amitabh Bachchan and Anil Kapoor on Lakshmi Puja, as stars galore came out for the gatherings.

While the arrival of stars at the Bachchan residence and Anil Kapoor’s house, in Juhu, Mumbai, kept their fans and paparazzi busy, one usually doesn’t know what happens inside. However, courtesy some of the pictures shared by some of the stars, one got a first-hard experience of the occasion. Usually, the hosts are never seen, since they are busy with the arrangements inside. But some of the stars ensured that they could not leave without a picture with the hosts.

‘Best hosts ever’ 

Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover were among the few who got clicked with Bachchan family, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The stars were dressed in their traditional best for the occasion. This snap of Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover with Amitabh Bachchan showed the number of people who were invited for the gathering. One can also see the stunning decoration of lights above. Sharing the snaps on Instagram, which also include designer Rocky S, Karan Singh Grover wrote, “Thank you for such an awesome night you guys!!! @bachchan and @aishwaryaraibachchan_arbHappy Diwali!!! #grateful". Bipasha Basu wrote, “Best Hosts Ever ❤️ Bacchans❤️ #diwalinight #bacchankidiwali" We had veteran designer Abu Jani to thank for, as he gave a glimspe of how the other members of the family, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her kids, Navya Naveli and Agastya, were beautifully dressed in traditional attire for the day. Tiger Shroff’s snap with mother Ayesha Shroff and sister Krishna Shroff was among the other highlights of the evening.

At the same time, the Kapoors also posed together for a royal snap, Anil Kapoor-Sunita Kapoor with their children Sonam K Ahuja, Rhea Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor. Sonam’s husband Anand Ahuja and Rhea’s beau Karan Boolani were brilliantly colour co-ordinated with Anil Kapoor. Sharing the snap on Instagram, Rhea wrote, “Until next year 💫 P.S this picture has my whole heart.”
