Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu seems to be really happy with her career growth this year. The actress who starred in several films in 2018 took to social media to express her happiness and how thankful she is to everyone who has been a part of it.  She shared a collage of the posters of five of her films that released in 2018 which included 'Nitishastra', 'Soorma', 'Mulk', 'Neevevaroo', and 'Manmarziyaan' and said that it has been a good year for her. Expressing gratitude, the 'Pink' actress said that she is thankful to everyone who has been a part of it and said that it has given her more clarity about the path of her career.

In the post that she tweeted on Twitter on Sunday, September 30, Taapsee wrote, "I think I can say with a big smile on my face, ITS BEEN A GOOD YEAR and how thankful I am to everyone who has been a part of it! It surely made my path clearer to me. #Neetishastra #Soorma #Mulk #Neevevaroo #Manmarziyaan"

Taapsee Pannu who made her Bollywood debut with David Dhawan's directorial, a comedy, 'Chashme Baddoor' which released in 2013, gained recognition with the crime drama 'Pink'. She received praises from the critics and the audience for her role as Minal, who along with her friends took the help of a retired lawyer in order to speak up against a group of influential men who tried to sexually assault them. In a path of achieving justice, Minal and her friends decide to take legal action against them. The film directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Kirti Kulhari, Andrea Tariang, Vijay Varma, Angad Bedi, Dhritiman Chatterjee, Piyush Mishra, and Mamata Shankar. 'Pink' released on September 16, 2016, and won the National Film Award for Best Film on Other Social Issues.

The actress was most recently featured in Anurag Kashyap's 'Manmarziyaan' along with Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal. The film jointly produced by Phantom Films and Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Productions narrates a love story set in Punjab. It released on September 14, 2018, and was widely lauded by audience and critics. The actress currently has two more films in the pipeline which includes Prakash Raj's directorial 'Tadka' which is a remake of 2011 Malayalam film 'Salt N' Pepper' and Sujoy Ghosh's 'Badla' which also stars veteran actor, Amitabh Bachchan. Both the films are scheduled to release in 2019.
