With 'Manikarnika' going through its post-production in full swing, Kangana Ranaut is headed to shoot her next project 'Panga'. Just after finishing the shoot of her soon-to-be-released film, the actress strutted off to commence yet another much-awaited project.
Buzz is that Kangana got so engrossed in the process of post-production for 'Manikarnika' that she was about to miss her flight for her next film's Bhopal schedule. It was when her team reminded her of the same that the star remembered and her team made sure she leaves on time for the airport.
Spotted at the airport, Kangana was seen in a gorgeous sari as she leaves for Bhopal to finish a 20-day shoot for Ashwini Iyer Tiwari's family-drama based on Kabaddi. The actress will shuffle between Mumbai and Bhopal to finish 'Manikarnika's' post-production as her presence is required for both the films.
Kangana has also jointly directed the much-anticipated film. She will reportedly share directorial credits with Krish aka Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi. 'Manikarnika' is based on the life of Rani of Jhansi, who played an integral part in the 1857 freedom uprising against the British. Kangana plays the title role and the teaser had featured several intense action sequences involving horse-riding, attacking the enemies with a sword and bloodshed. One also gets to witness a baby girl in her arms during the course of the teaser. The film also stars Ankita Lokhande, Nihaar Pandya, among others, and is said to clash with ‘Super 30’ starring Hrithik Roshan and ‘Cheat India’ with Emraan Hashmi in the lead.
