Kangana Ranaut praises 'Tiku weds Sheru' star Avneet Kaur; shares throwback video clip

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut, who has donned the cap of a producer for her forthcoming film, Tiku Weds Sheru, recently took to her official Instagram handle and praised the film's lead actor, Avneet Kaur. The actor reposted a post by Avneet on her IG story and penned a sweet note praising her for her hard work. She also added that she would 'love to see her as a top actor someday.' Taking to the photo-sharing platform, Kangana Ranaut reposted Avneet Kaur's latest Instagram post where she can be seen talking about her struggles in the acting industry. Kangana captioned the post, "@avneetkaur_13 you are here because of your hard work and talent... happy to find you. Would love to see you as a top actress someday."

In her latest IG post, the Aladdin fame actor can be seen recalling her struggles ever since she entered the entertainment industry. She dropped a video clip featuring a series of media reports, videos on YouTube talking about her. As for the caption, she simply wrote, "Ae dil ek din ka yeh kissa nahi (This is not a story of one day) 🙏🏻 #2010 to #2021 #tikuwedssheru

Recently, Kangana shared the first glimpse of the main characters in Tiku Weds Sheru. She unveiled the first look posters featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur and also informed about the commencement of the shooting. The actor revealed that Nawazuddin will be seen playing the role of Shiraz Khan Afghani urf Sheru while Avneet will be seen essaying the character of Tasleem Khan urf Tiku. Apart from bankrolling it, this will be her first project under her production house Manikarnika Films. Nawazuddin who has played, many iconic roles on the silver screen, seems to be playing a gangster in the next as he is seen holding a gun in his hand while posing.

In the poster, Nawazuddin is seen wearing a denim shirt and pants along with a red shirt inside. The backdrop of the poster seems to depict a shooting set with lights, a camera all around, and a person sitting on the director’s seat. On the other hand, Avneet is seen dressed in a beautiful sparkling dress while sitting on a shooting set.
