Kapil Sharma's fiancee Ginni Chatrath kicks off pre-wedding celebrations, says she feels 'blessed'

This season has indeed been one for celeb weddings. First Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone tied the knot in Lake Como in Italy.  Following them, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got hitched at the Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur. Now, the next in line is Kapil Sharma and his girlfriend Ginni Chatrath.

Taking to Instagram, Ginni shared a couple of pictures from the pre-wedding celebrations. In the pictures, she can be seen looking really beautiful and happy as she engages with her family in some ritual before the nuptials. Ginni adorned a purple coloured salwar kameez for the occasion which she coupled with a rose coloured dupatta. 

Another click shows her in a different intricate traditional outfit. Sporting an orange coloured salwar kameez with diamond prints, she had her hair in a ponytail and the look really suited the would-be bride. Behind her, the backdrop is also really well decorated with a blue wall and decked with flowers. 

A week or so back, comedian Kapil Sharma shared the official wedding invitation on his social media handle. He disclosed that the wedding will take place on December 12 in the presence of loving friends and family. There were reports doing the rounds that the nuptials will be a very private affair but it seems that Ginni's family wanted it to be grand.

Meanwhile, the ace comedian and television personality is all set to make his small screen return after taking a much-needed hiatus. He had also featured in the season finale of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' with Amitabh Bachchan.
