How Karan Singh Grover-Bipasha Basu kept a hurdle aside to get hitched

Bollywood actor Bipasha Basu stunned all her fans when she announced her marriage to her then rumoured boyfriend Karan Singh Grover. The couple met on the sets of the horror film, Alone. The movie, released in 2015, did not work wonders at the box office. Reportedly, the couple dated for a year, before marrying in 2016. A leading news portal alleged that the actors were sceptical before deciding to marry. The report said the bruises of Bipasha and Karan's previous relationships held them from taking the next step in their relationship. But, their friendship and faith in each other helped them cross over the roadblock and the couple finally decided to tie the knot. 

Bipasha and Karan's love story

The couple married on April 30, 2016, in an intimate ceremony at Bipasha's Mumbai residence. The wedding was followed by a grand reception, where the actors' friends were invited. Bipasha Basu had recently penned an emotional post on completing 18 years in the entertainment industry. The post garnered a lot of love and attention of the fans. The post read, "18 years ago our film industry accepted me with open arms with the release of #ajnabee ... and the audiences accepted me in their hearts so lovingly. I am so grateful for this amazing journey of life through my films and I am so proud of myself that I stayed true to who I am, no matter what... achieved all on my terms only. I want to thank all my producers, directors, co-stars and the entire team of each and every film. Thank you to all the people who love me and my work 🙏❤️ I love being an actor."
