Kareena Kapoor Khan who was last seen in Veere Di Wedding is gearing up for her next release Good Newwz. The glamour girl of Bollywood, a diva and a fashionista proved her mettle as an actor with her every movie. She has delivered many super-hit films which include her debut film Refugee, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Jab We Met, 3 Idiots and many more. According to reports, she has won 24 awards and 32 nominations throughout her Bollywood journey. Here we have listed the top four awards of Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Filmfare Award for Best Actress: Jab We Met

The 2007 release Jab We Met needs no introduction. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film features Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles. The tale revolves around Aditya (Shahid) and Geet (Kareena) who meet on a train journey and it eventually changes their lives forever. Her dialogue Main apni favourite hoon taught us that self-love is the most precious thing and is not always bad.

Best Actress in a leading role: 3 Idiots

Kareena won International Indian Film Academy Awards for 3 Idiots in the year 2010. The film has Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Kareena Kapoor and Sharman Joshi in the pivotal role. The film is inspired from Chetan Bhagat’s novel Five Point Someone. Apart from this, actor Omi Vaidya who made his Bollywood debut with the film also won hearts with his performance.

ETC Bollywood Business Awards: Bajrangi Bhaijaan

The actor won ETC Bollywood Business Award for Highest Grossing Actress for her superhit film Bajrangi Bhaijaan in the year 2016. Helmed by Kabir Khan, the film stars Salman Khan and Harshaali Malhotra in lead roles. The movie revolves around the journey of Bajrangi (Salman) who embarks on a journey to take a mute girl back to her home in Pakistan.

Filmfare Award for Best Newcomer (Female): Refugee

The film marked the debuts of Abhishek Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor. Refugee performed moderately well at the box office, but Kareena won Best Female Debut at Filmfare Awards. The story is of a man, who helps illegal refugees from India and Pakistan to cross the border through Rann Of Kutch.
