Kartik Aaryan reacts to Sara Ali Khan breakup rumours and reports

Kartik Aaryan was reportedly asked at a recent event about his breakup with Sara Ali Khan and linking up with co-star Ananya Pandey. Here is what he said.

A report in a leading daily newspaper claimed that actors Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan have called it quits as they wanted to focus on their careers. Kartik Aaryan was spotted hanging out with his Pati Patni or Woh co-star Ananya Panday since then. Aaryan also joined Ananya at her birthday dinner. This sparked rumours of their budding romance. Kartik was asked about the breakup reports at a recent event. The event was a magazine cover launch.

According to an article on a leading entertainment website, the Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety actor was asked his take on the breakup rumours that were spreading concerning himself and Sara. Kartik reportedly responded to the question very nervously. He said that just because he had a meal with Ananya Panday, everyone has started asking about the same. He also allegedly tried to dodge the questions posed to him by the media. He tried to steer the question away in a different direction.

The article also mentioned that Kartik mentioned his ad with Amitabh Bachchan. He asked the media that even though he achieved something as big as working with Big B, nobody asked a single thing about that. Kartik shared his thoughts on being on the cover of the magazine and completely avoided questions about Sara and Ananya entirely. He was also open to talking about his upcoming movie, Pati Patni Aur Woh.

The movie Pati Patni Aur Woh will star Bhumi Pednekar alongside Kartik and Ananya. The movie is a remake of the 1978 movie with the same name starring Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, and Ranjeeta Kaur. The remake will release on December 6, 2019. Here is the trailer:
