Laal Kaptaan: First poster of Saif Ali Khan-starrer revealed

After the unveiling of Saif Ali Khan’s scary look from the movie Laal Kaptaan, the makers of the movie have now unveiled the first poster of Laal Kaptaan. Check it out:

The poster depicts Saif bare-chested and with a long beard. The actor is wearing a bandana over his head, and there is ash smeared across his face. His deadly stare along with the sword in his hand gives an overall dangerous look. The director of the movie, Aanand Rai, shared this first poster on Twitter. In his caption, Rai declared that the trailer of the movie would be released a day after the poster's unveiling.

Eros International and Colour Yellow Productions will produce the movie. It was initially scheduled to release on October 11, but then it was shifted to October 18, 2019. After the success of Sacred Games, the Pataudi prince has returned to Bollywood with a bag full of upcoming movies. The actor will be seen in movies like Jawaani Jaaneman, Tantrik, Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior and Bhoot Police.

The teaser of the movie was released on Saif Ali Khan’s birthday, August 16. The official twitter handle of Eros International shared the teaser:

The Managing Director of Eros International Kishore Lulla in an interview stated with PTI that the script of the movie gives Saif an excellent chance to show his talent. He also said that Laal Kaptaan would have larger-than-life landscapes, dramatic characters as well as a gripping story. The movie’s release on Dussehra will be apt given the fact that the caption of the teaser is ‘Har Ram Ka Apna Raavan, Har Ram Ka Apna Dussehra'. The movie will be directed by Navdeep Singh, who has also directed the movie NH10.
