Sonam and Anand kick-started the wedding season by making an official announcement. The couple got married on May 8, 2018, in a typical Bollywood style wedding. They surprised the fans with their wedding announcement, without any teasers. Sonam and Anand got married in Mumbai. Several B-town stars attended the wedding ceremonies.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh

Deepika-Ranveer’s wedding was the biggest surprise and shock of 2018. Deepika and Ranveer had been dating for almost six years and did not have any plans to tie the knot soon. However, the unexpected announcement from the couple through their social media accounts did surprise the fans. DeepVeer had a royal destination wedding in Italy. They tied the knot on November 18, 2018. During their ceremonies, the no-phone policy was applied by the couple. DeepVeer also celebrated the occasion with other B-town celebs, post their return to Mumbai.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas

The speculations of Priyanka Chopra dating the popular American singer Nick Jonas turned into a reality as the couple announced their fairy-tale wedding. Priyanka and Nick got married during the snow season, December 1, 2018. The wedding included both the Hindu and Christian styles. PC and Nick also had a destination wedding. They tied the knot at the royal wedding destination of Jodhpur.
