Awards and accolades of Shahid

Right from his debut, the Vivah actor proved that he is here to stay in the industry. He won several awards like Best Debut Actor for his first debut film Ishq Vishk released in 2004. The Haider actor was honoured with Rajiv Gandhi Award for Kaminey in 2009. He also received the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award in 2018 for his performance in the film Padmaavat. He grabbed Filmfare Awards for Best Actor in the years 2015 and 2017 for his films Haider and Udta Punjab respectively.

Upcoming projects

Reports from many news and entertainment portals suggest that Shahid will again opt for a remake. Many reports state that he has been approached for the remake of the Telugu hit Jersey. Currently, the father-of-two is reportedly spending quality time with his family. Recently, the actor also featured on the cover page of an entertainment magazine's latest addition.
