Box office collections for Rajkumar Rao's films have proved on multiple occasions that he's a phenomenal performer. The actor is back again with Made In China, a comedy revolving around entrepreneurship. The trailer for the film dropped on September 18, 2019, and has already garnered over 18 million views now on YouTube. The film also features Mouni Roy, Boman Irani, and Paresh Rawal in the pivotal roles. If online reactions are anything to go by, netizens have heaped praises appreciating the trailer.

Rajkummar Rao is a powerhouse of talent, the actor played a psychopath in Judgementall Hai Kya which underperformed at the box office, but critics and audiences appreciated his performance. With Made In India, the actor is set to play a Gujarati entrepreneur wanting to make it big in business. The movie revolves around Rajkummar Rao's character heading to China to enter a partnership to sell a Chinese herbal product. Back in India, he then collaborates with a sexologist played by Boman Irani. Various celebrities took to Twitter to congratulate Rajkummar Rao for his new avatar in Made In China.

The film is directed by National-award winner Mikhil Musale who is a renowned Gujarati filmmaker. The essence of Gujarat can be seen throughout the trailer for Made In China. The trailer for the film is complete with quirky lines and punchy dialogues, making the film undoubtedly look like an entertainment package made for the masses. Made In China is produced by Dinesh Vijan, who previously produced Hindi Medium.
