Manushi Chhillar is currently gearing up for the release of her film The Great Indian Family. In the film, she will be seen alongside Vicky Kaushal. Ahead of the film's release, the actors appeared on Amitabh Bachchan's quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati, where the model-actress opened up about her Miss World answer and crown-winning moment.

'It's not about money but the respect'
In the show, Manushi Chhillar was asked about the question and the answer that made her bag the Miss World crown. During the finale of Miss World 2017, Manushi was asked which profession she thinks should be paid the highest salary in the world. To this, she answered that she thinks "Moms" should receive the highest salary in the world.
On KBC, Manushi explained her answer, saying that one should receive a lot of love and respect for the work they do, and it's not just money, but the mothers should be given more respect and standing in society.

"I said, in the world only a mother must get the highest salary in any profession. You get a lot of respect and love from the work you do. It’s not just about the money but the respect and the standing in the society should be given more to the mothers," she said.
Manushi Chhillar recalls her crown-winning moment
Manushi Chhillar also recalled her crown-winning moment on the show. She said that she found her family members in the audience after coming up on the stage. As soon as she saw her mother's face in the audience, she got overwhelmed.

Manushi said that her mother inspired her to take steps toward her dreams. However, she was so emotional during that time that even if she was asked who is the president of India, she would have taken her mom's name.
"My mother had encouraged me a lot to participate in the pageant and maybe I got more emotional and that’s why I took her name. Shayad us waqt koi mujhse ye bhi puchta ki India ka president kaun hai to main apni ma hi bolti," she said.
