Marjaavaan: Tara Sutaria talks about her bond with Sidharth Malhotra

Tara Sutaria, who made her impressive debut acting debut in May this year with Student Of The Year 2, will be next seen in Marjaavaan, an action-romance-thriller opposite Siddharth Malhotra. Rakul Preet Singh, Riteish Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria and Siddharth Malhotra will be seen in pivotal roles in Marjaavan. The poster of the movie was recently launched on social media and received a lot of appreciation. Rumours of Siddharth and Tara dating have been doing the rounds ever since the shooting of the film commenced. However, none of them has formally acknowledged this yet. On the contrary, Tara recently stated in a promotional event for the film that she and Sid are neighbours and reside in the same building. In fact, she considers Siddharth a good friend.

What Tara said in a chat show when asked about her crush 

Speculations about Siddharth and Tara rose when Tara accepted that she has a crush on an ex-student from the Student of the Year franchise. In a chat show, she said

“We talk often...we talk about our film. I also got my second film with him. Of course, we also talk about other things too. It’s the whole padosi pyaar kind of a lovely chat.”

Since then both of them have been spotted together at various outings together. However, both have denied the link-up rumours on multiple occasions while interacting with the media. Audiences are looking forward to their chemistry in Marjaavaan in which both of them will be sharing screen space for the first time.

The film is written and directed by Milap Zaveri, and it is all set to hit theatres on November 8, 2019. The Marjaavaan cast features Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh in pivotal characters pitted against each other. Siddharth and Riteish have worked earlier together in superhit film Ek Villain in 2014, and the audiences lauded both their performances. With Marjaavaan, Riteish Deshmukh is returning with a negative character. Emmay Entertainment is the producer of Marjaavaan. The plot of the movie is based on the lines of a dramatic love story with a dose of violence.
