Marjaavaan: The movie's first song is out. What do fans like about it?

The first song for Sidharth Malhotra's upcoming film Marjaavaan has been shared online. The movie is going to be a romantic action film and will also star Tara Sutaria opposite Sidharth Malhotra. The new song, Tum Hi Aana, started to trend online as soon as it was released. The song has been received positively by fans and both the music video as well the lyrics have been praised.

Tum Hi Aana was released on October 2, 2019. It was posted online on the official YouTube channel of T-Series. As for today on October 4, 2019, the song already has over 14 million views and is nearing 15 million. Fans have praised the song for its beautifully tragic music and video. 

The song starts with Sidharth's character in prison writing the name of his lover in the sand. Then the scene shifts to the flashback of when Sidharth and Tara's characters first met. After that, the music video keeps switching between scenes of Sidharth in prison and his memories of the time he spent with his lover. The video ends with the shocking scene of Sidharth's character shooting his lover, Tara Sutaria's character, for unknown reasons. The song has a melancholic tone to it and the grief portrayed by the actors further intensifies the tragic themes of the song.

Marjaavaan has also posted its official trailer online which has also been trending all over the internet. The movie is set to release on November 8, 2019. It is directed by Milap Zaveri whose previous works include Mastizaade and Satyameva Jayate. The movie has been produced by T-Series and Emmay Entertainment.

The movie will also star Ritesh Deshmukh as the villain. He will be playing the role of a dwarf gangster who goes up against Sidharth's character for unknown reasons. This will be the second time that Sidharth Malhotra and Ritesh Deshmukh will be working together. The last time the two worked together was in the 2014 action thriller Ek Villain.
