Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas: Box-office collections for the first week

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas is starring debutantes Karan Deol and Sehher Bambba. The movie is directed by Sunny Deol and it is his directorial debut in Bollywood.

The first-day collection of Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas has been average. According to Boxofficeindia.com, the movie has the opening collection in India of ₹ 1.30 Crores. The worldwide collection for the movie is ₹ 1.70 Crores.

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas starring Karan Deol and Sahher Bambba was released on September 20. The movie is directed by Sunny Deol, Karan’s father.

The Karan Deol starrer is doing better than the other movies that released on Friday. Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas is fairing better than The Zoya Factor and Prassthanam. Prassthanam’s first-day collection was around ₹ 75 lakhs. The Zoya Factor stands at the bottom of the list with just ₹ 65 lakhs approximately.

Dream Girl and Chhicchore, which were last week's releases, are still giving a tough competition. The Ayushmann Khurrana starrer is completely dominating the theatre screens with a collection of ₹ 4.75 Crores. Nitesh Tiwari’s Chhichhore also has collected ₹ 109.30 Crores since the date of its release.

What is the film about?

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas is about characters Karan Sehgal and Saher Sethi who fall in love on an expedition in the mountains. Karan organises adventure treks in Manali and Saher goes to his camp Ujhi Dhaar to expose it as she believes it to be a scam. The two fall in love during these adventures. Saher’s ex-boyfriend Viren Nagar (Aakash Ahuja) comes to know about this and then the struggle for love begins.

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas has received a rating of 7.3/10 on IMDb. While praises for Saher Bambba’s performance are surfacing, Karan Deol’s acting has been called a little bland by critics. The movie is a debut for three people, Seher and Karan’s debut in Bollywood as actors and Sunny Deol’s debut as a director.
