Powerhouse performers bond: Vidya Balan-Keerthy Suresh delightedly cross paths and had this to say about each other

It was all about smiles and kind words as one powerhouse performer Vidya Balan met the other Keerthy Suresh.

The actresses recently came under the same roof at an awards function in Hyderabad and posed in style. While Vidya chose a stylish traditional outfit for the evening, Keerthy upped the glamour quotient in a saree on the occasion. 

The ‘Dirty Picture’ star was super delighted to meet Keerthy and took to her Instagram stories calling her ‘Mahanati’, referring to her character in the critically acclaimed movie of the same name. Vidya wrote, “Was so happy to meet @keerthysureshofficial in person.” 

The ‘Sarkar’ star responded in a similar manner and shared a black-and-white picture too, expressing her happiness, “It was such a pleasure meeting you @balanvidya mam."

While Vidya is no stranger to bagging trophies, her performances in films like ‘Kahaani’, ‘The Dirty Picture’ are proof,  Keerthy was lauded unanimously for her performance as late legendary actress Savitri in ‘Mahanati’ and was rightly among the winners of the evening.
