Prabhas is a south Indian sensation who has worked in numerous Tamil, Hindi and Telugu films. The actor was last seen in Sujeeth’s action thriller film Saaho besides Shraddha Kapoor. Prabhas has starred with Anushka Shetty in various flicks. Anushka Shetty, predominant in the south Indian film industry, is well-known for her recent role of Chanchala in critically acclaimed horror thriller film Bhaagamathie. While the duo was rumoured to be dating, The Saaho actor cleared the air in a chat show by telling that they are just friends. Check out some of the much watch films of the superstars.

1. Billa (2009)

Helmed by Meher Ramesh, Billa stars Prabhas opposite Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. The Eeswar actor played the double role of both the antagonist and the protagonist in the 2009 action thriller movie. The film also stars Namita Vankawala in a pivotal role. Billa is the remake of a 2007 Tamil film of the same name, which is again the remake of 1978 Bollywood drama Don. According to sources, this is the second Telugu remake of Don, apart from 1979 film Yugandhar.

2. Mirchi (2013)

Debutante Koratala Siva’s directorial film, Mirchi stars Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Richa Gangopadhyay in prominent roles. According to sources, the movie was initially named Vaaradhi and later renamed to Mirchi. This Prabhas-Anushka starrer was one of the highest-grossing films of the year 2013. The film garnered acclaim from the critics and the audiences alike and earned various accolades for the actor’s performances.

3. Baahubali- The Beginning (2015)

Baahubali- The Beginning was shot in two languages, Tamil and Telugu and dubbed in Hindi and Malayalam language. The first instalment of the Baahubali series stars Prabhas, Tamannaah, Anushka Shetty, and Rana Dagbuatti in the lead roles. According to reports, this movie was the most expensive Indian movie during the time of its release. Furthermore, Baahubali was the highest-grossing film in the country, at its release.

4. Baahubali 2- The Conclusion (2017)

Baahubali 2 is the second instalment of the Baalubali series. This epic action drama is helmed by S.S. Rajamouli and features the same cast including Prabhas, Tamannaah, Rana Dagubatti and Anushka Shetty in prominent roles, as in the previous film. Set in medieval India, this film was dubbed in several languages such as Malayalam, Hindi, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. The Conclusion is the highest Indian grossing film and ranks second worldwide. The film garnered various prestigious awards and gained favourable reviews from the critics.
