Priyanka Chopra defended by her Fashion co-star Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra are two Bollywood actors who never seem to get intimidated by anything that comes their way. That is why when Priyanka Chopra was seemingly trolled for her Indian Army tweet backlash, Kangana Ranaut seems to have supported her. Priyanka Chopra was allegedly in the midst of a controversy on the tweet that she posted about Indian Army’s attack on Pakistan. Kangana seems to have defended her Fashion co-star, admitting that it is not an easy choice.

Kangana Ranaut said in a statement that when one is stuck between one's duty and one's emotions, it becomes difficult to choose. She mentioned that being a UNICEF goodwill ambassador makes it necessary not to limit one's identity to one nation. She questioned the fact that many of us may dare to choose their heart over their mind every day. The issue was brought up in August by a Pakistani girl named Ayesha. Priyanka Chopra was also criticized by Human Rights Minister of Pakistan Shireen Mazari, who wrote a petition to remove Priyanka as the UNICEF goodwill ambassador.

Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut were seen together in the movies Shootout at Wadala, Krrish 3, and Fashion. On the work front, Priyanka Chopra seems to be all set for her upcoming film The Sky is Pink, which is going to release on October 11, 2019. The plot of the movie revolves around the real-life story of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker at the age of 13 and was diagnosed with a medical condition called pulmonary fibrosis. Kangana Ranaut is seemingly busy with Razneesh Razy Ghai’s directorial Dhaakad, and Panga alongside Jassie Gill and Richa Chadha.
