Priyanka Chopra shed tears on a live television show - here is why

Priyanka Chopra is on a promotional spree for her film The Sky Is Pink. The film is Priyanka Chopra's Bollywood comeback film. Her fans are already excited for the film. Priyanka Chopra is not only promoting the film on Indian platforms but also on International platforms. Some time back Priyanka Chopra made an appearance on a popular American chat show. The actor got was seen getting teary-eyed during the show. However, the tears were not related to the movie or any emotional topic. The tears were the result of the spicy chicken wings that the actor and the host were seen munching on.

The actor started off with the less spicy chicken wings slowly progressing to the extremely spicy ones. As the spices kicked in the actor was not able to hold back her tears. Nick Jonas, Priyanka's husband also previously took up this challenge. While discussing this, Priyanka Chopra mentioned that she feels Nick should do this for the Indian public. She also told the host that Nick is married to her entire country.

Priyanka Chopra tweeted about the show and also shared pictures of herself on the sets of the show.

The film released on October 11 and is reportedly being loved by the audience across the nation. The movie will feature Priyanka Chopra alongside Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. The movie is based on the journey of a happy family whose life turns upside down when their daughter gets diagnosed with a disorder called pulmonary fibrosis. In the movie, Zaira Wasim is portraying the role of Aisha Chaudhary and Priyanka and Farhan play her parents. Shonali Bose is the director of The Sky Is Pink. The film is co-produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Ronnie Screwvala and Priyanka Chopra under the banner of  RSVP Movies, Roy Kapur Films and Purple Pebble Pictures.
