In an elaborate Instagram post, Priyanka Chopra thanked Greta Thunberg, the young activist who stunned world leaders with her powerful speech at UN's Climate Action Summit in New York.

Priyanka thanks Greta: 

Apart from World Leaders, she was hailed for her passionate speech by actor Priyanka Chopra in a rather honest and hard-hitting post. Sharing a video of the young activist, Chopra wrote, "Thank you for giving us the much-needed punch in the face, for bringing your generation together and showing us that we need to know better". Greta Thunberg 'scolds' world leaders for empty words

Before world leaders made their promises in three-minute speeches, the 16-year-old Thunberg gave an emotional appeal in which she scolded the leaders with her repeated phrase, "How dare you." "This is all wrong. I shouldn't be up here," said Thunberg, who began a lone protest outside the Swedish parliament more than a year ago that culminated in Friday's global climate strikes. "I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean. Yet you have come to us young people for hope. How dare you. You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your empty words."

Priyanka's professional front: 

Priyanka Chopra will next be seen in the film, 'The Sky Is Pink' alongside Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim, and Rohit Saraf. This is the actress' first Bollywood film after a period of three years. Directed by Shonali Bose, the much-anticipated film is all set to release by 11th October.

The film revolves around a love story of a couple spanning 25 years, told through the lens of their spunky teenage daughter, Aisha Chaudhary, who is diagnosed with Pulmonary fibrosis. Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar are seen playing the parents, while Zaira Wasim is playing their daughter.
