Charismatic and dapper, Randeep Hooda has been consistently raising the bar as an actor. He follows an intense workout plan which generally lasts for 30 minutes. But for those 30 minutes, the Sarbjit actor is completely focused in the gym. Usually, he does not rest between exercises but once in a while, he takes a gap.
He starts his workout with cardio exercise such as running on the treadmill and then he goes for weight training. In an interview with another media house, he once revealed that he prefers to increase core strength rather than having six-pack abs. He is passionate for Horse riding and rides a horse for 2-3 hours a day.

To maintain a healthy diet, he strictly follows a high protein and low carb food. He starts his day by drinking lots of water. He includes a lot of green veggies as well as seasonal vegetables in his diet. Being a true Jat at heart, Randeep also loves paranthas topped with lots of white butter. He never skips breakfast and tries to have a very light dinner.
