Salman Khan unveiled the first look of a fresh character who is expected to be a part of Dabangg 3 on September 21, 2019. The latest instalment of the Dabangg franchise will star the debutant actor Saiee Manjrekar. The actor will be seen playing the love interest of a younger version of Chulbul Pandey. In Dabangg 2, Chulbul Pandey is married to Rajjo. The character is played by Sonakshi Sinha who also made her Bollywood debut with the Dabangg series.

A new character in Dabangg 3?

Saiee Manjrekar is the daughter of Mahesh Manjrekar who is also a part of the film. The veteran actor, Mahesh Manjrekar, has been a part of several hits like Vaastav, Saaho, Bajirao Mastani and many more. On being asked about the debut of his daughter, the actor said to Press Trust of India, "I want her to learn on her own. She is very excited about the film. He must have seen some spark in her. Salman is a friend and I can't say no to him plus my daughter also felt she had an inclination to acting”. Salman Khan and Mahesh Manjrekar have worked together before and have delivered a number of good films like Wanted and Ready.

Robinhood to be back on December 20

Dabangg 3 has been helmed by Prabhu Deva and produced under the banner ‘Arbaaz Khan Production Pvt. Ltd.’. Arbaaz Khan will also play the antagonist in the film. The film will also star actors like Mahie Gill, Mouni Roy and Mahesh Manjrekar. The film reportedly has a huge fan following in rural as well as urban India. The concept of the film revolves around the life of a cop who is a Robinhood in his own ways. The franchise has had two parts so far and both have been a huge success at the box-office. The film will hit the theatres on December 20, 2019.
