Sanjay Dutt reconnects with family with the support of his wife

Sanjay Dutt stunned the silver screen with his phenomenal acting skills in his recent release ‘Prassthanam’. Sanjay Dutt, fondly called ‘Sanju Baba’ by his fans, has seen stellar growth in his acting career. The flamboyant actor made his debut in the industry in 1981, with a series of hits and flops. Although the actor faced some tribulations in his personal and professional life, it never resulted in detachment from his family.

Sanjay Dutt’s family tree revolves around his wife and his three children. After facing several challenges in his personal& professional life in a career that spanned decades, he was fortunate to have his wife Manyata support him through this turbulent time. Manyata brought up Shahraan and Iqra when Sanjay was released from the jail in 2016. The family reunited happily and flew for a vacation to spend some quality time. Quite a few times, the actor brings his children along for his interviews. When asked about his social media whereabouts, he said his children were more tech-savvy and also that his schedules are planned for his kids before his work commitments.

Sanjay Dutt, son of Sunil Datt and Nargis, married Richa Sharma in 1987. The marriage witnessed an unfortunate demise when Richa passed away due to brain tumour. However, Sanjay Dutt and Richa’s daughter Trishala Dutt share a close relationship with her father. Trishala is currently staying with her maternal grandparents in the United States.

In 2006, Sanjay met Manyata and the two dated for almost two years. They decided to tie the knot in 2008, just two years after knowing each other. Today, Manyata Dutt is the C.E.O of 'Sanjay Dutt Productions' and the mother of Sanjay’s two adorable kids ‘Shahraan’ and ‘Iqra’.

Baba is one of the few actors who has managed to strike a balance between work and family. Sanjay Dutt often travels to the US, to be with his daughter. Trishala took to her Instagram to share a picture of the two enjoying the festivities in winter. Recently, Sanjay Dutt's family celebrated Rakhabandhan and Ganesh Chaturthi with utmost grandeur. The 60-year-old actor was last seen sharing screen space with Manisha Koirala in the political drama ‘Prassthanam’ that released on September 20, 2019.
