Sanjay Dutt played a dangerous and smart criminal, Ballu. He gave one of the most iconic performances of his career. The movie also stars Jackie Shroff and Madhuri Dixit Nene. The song Nayak Nahi Khalnayak Hoon Main is still fresh in many minds.

Released in 1999, Vaastav remains one of the popular crime thriller films among the movie lovers. Sanjay received many praises for his portrayal of Raghunath Namdev Shivalkar. The story is about an innocent guy who gets involved in a crime that changes his life. Dialogues of the film were one of its highlights.

Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.

The 2003 comedy movie marked a comeback Sanjay Dutt with a few flops early. He played Munna Bhai, a local criminal who hides his identity from his father and the trouble he creates in doing that. Sanjay’s appearance in the movie made his fan awestruck. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role.

Playing the underworld don Mussa Bhai, Sanjay Dutt was seen in an all-new avatar in the film. He highlighted his hair and spiked them. Priyanka Chopra played the role of Sanjay’s girlfriend in the film.

The actor played the ruthless killer Billa in the film. The swag that Sanjay brought to the character is something that his fans admired a lot. His beard style in the movie was one to look for. The movie starred Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, and Chitrangda Singh in lead. However, Sanjay Dutt’s cameo as ladies’ man Boss, caught many eyes. His biceps, tattoos and moustache become popular among his fans. His role was around 10 minutes in the film.

Agneepath (2012)

In the remake of 1990s action-drama film, Sanjay was seen as a villain after a long time. He played Kancha Cheena the deadly antagonist. The audience saw him in a bald look and a pierced earlobe. He got critically acclaimed for his role.
