Sanjay Gupta gifts John Abraham an Isuzu D-Max pickup truck

Sanjay Gupta recently gifted actor John Abraham a brand new Isuzu D-Max V-Cross pickup truck. The actor owns a Nissan GT-R, Suzuki Gypsy and Yamaha motorbikes

John Abraham is known to be a major and keen automobile enthusiast. The Pagalpanti actor owns an enviable collection of rides, including a Nissan GT-R Black Edition, a Maruti Suzuki Gypsy, Yamaha V-MAX and R1 motorcycles. On-screen, the actor has driven the iconic Suzuki Hayabusa in the first Dhoom film. Recently, John added an Isuzu pick up truck to his collection, thanks to his friend, director Sanjay Gupta.

The pick up truck is an Isuzu D-Max V-Cross

According to recent media reports, Sanjay recently gifted John a brand-new Isuzu D-Max V-Cross pick up truck as a token of appreciation. In an interview with a leading media outlet, the Jazbaa director spoke about the fact that he has not seen a more enthusiastic person than John for cars and bikes. Sanjay further added that he bought the pick up truck last month after he noticed that it the only type of automobile missing from John's collection. The two of them went for a test drive together and Sanjay sensed that John thoroughly enjoyed it. Sanjay also said that John Abraham was initially shocked to see the black beauty parked in his residence.

Sanjay Gupta and John Abraham have shared a close relationship, professionally and personally. The actor-director duo first collaborated on 2006's thriller, Zinda. After that, John enacted the role of underworld don Manya Surve in 2013's Shootout At Wadala, which won him critical acclaim. John had gifted Sanjay a swanky Yamaha V-Max motorcycle after the film's success.

John Abraham's next release is Pagalpanti

Now, the duo will collaborate for their next film, Mumbai Saga. An ensemble gangster saga, the film will also feature Emraan Hashmi, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Rohit Roy, Prateik, Gulshan Grover and Amole Gupte. Sanjay Gupta has also written the film, along with taking the mantle of direction. He will produce the film along with Bhushan and Krishan Kumar, Anuradha Gupta and Sangeeta Ahir.
